Hello, I am Angela the owner of Connection Counseling Center. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Michigan and Illinois. I received my master's degree in Community Counseling from Roosevelt University located in Chicago, IL.

I have worked in a variety of treatment settings, which has provided me with a broad knowledge of mental health care. I specialize in the following areas: mood and anxiety, trauma recovery, eating disorders, PTSD, LGBTQIA, personality disorders, and relationship difficulties.

 

I currently provide individual virtual therapy to adults. I have received training in many areas some of which include: Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Protective Factors , Relaxation Meditation and Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Domestic Violence, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Brained Based  Therapy, and more.
